ffba2b980c Fix Forgejo mirror path and document the full reading-list release.

a9ce04bb3b Wire quiz and plot practice for every reading-list stub book. 
GTK stubs now open shared kvíz/děj pages from generated packs; Mac book screens keep practice above notes with stable titles.

cf136ca936 Bring every reading-list book up to full 1984-style study packs. 
Expand notes, quizzes, and plot exercises for all titles, and show those notes on the GTK stub book page.

e5e8967187 Add full notes, quizzes, and plot exercises for all 82 reading-list books. 
Load per-book study packs from data/cetba so every title matches the 1984 structure in the app.

f813595bba Add the full school maturita reading list of 82 books. 
Keep full quizzes for 1984 and Spalovač mrtvol; other titles get catalog metadata stubs across Swift, GTK, and content.json.

011bc3c685 Ship only the native Swift app on macOS. 
GTK packaging stays for Linux and Windows; the Mac installer and updates use the Swift zip.

2eec46329a Let the iOS project open and run in Xcode straight from a clone. 
The build script now extracts content.json into derived data and copies
it into the app bundle, so no generated file is referenced from the
project or written into the repository. Signing is explicit: ad hoc for
the simulator, automatic with your own team for a device.

9f27724751 Fix broken macOS release bundle missing GTK libraries. 
Replace fragile dylibbundler with a recursive otool-based bundler, verify every dependency, smoke-test launch, and ship GTK schemas with the Windows zip.

93ef37132c Fix macOS bundling hang on missing librsvg. 
Skip the SVG pixbuf loader, pass Homebrew search paths to dylibbundler, and keep CI non-interactive.
