Build all apps from Markdown content; Compose Desktop replaces GTK on Linux and Windows

- content/ + scripts/build-content.py produce content.json for every app
- stable lesson IDs with one-time progress migration (Swift, Kotlin)
- shared answer-check tests (tests/answers.json) for Kotlin and Swift
- android/desktop: Compose app with updater, speech and GTK progress import
- CI packages AppImage and Windows zip with ProGuard, runs the tests

# Čtení
A repair café opened in a former bakery. Broken radios are mended there on Saturdays. The founder said that people would rather repair than buy if they were shown how. # Psaní
In at least 40 words, give one reason for repairing things and one objection. Use because and however.
## Vzorová odpověď
Repairing things matters because a kettle can work for years after a small fix. However, some people do not have the tools or the time, so a café where volunteers help is a fair idea. I believe every town should have one quiet room for broken objects. It is slower than shopping, but it is kinder.
