c3bc32113b Build all apps from Markdown content; Compose Desktop replaces GTK on Linux and Windows 
- content/ + scripts/build-content.py produce content.json for every app
- stable lesson IDs with one-time progress migration (Swift, Kotlin)
- shared answer-check tests (tests/answers.json) for Kotlin and Swift
- android/desktop: Compose app with updater, speech and GTK progress import
- CI packages AppImage and Windows zip with ProGuard, runs the tests

bce63459d1 Rename published packages and installers from maturita-* to graduately-*. 
Keep temporary legacy aliases on the builds branch so older updaters still find downloads.

b49c456098 Fix AppImage post-step aborting on no-op mv. 
linuxdeploy already writes the final path; renaming the file onto itself failed under set -e.

1179ae1f7d Fix AppImage icon size rejected by linuxdeploy. 
Use the real 512×512 PNG instead of the 1024×1024 app-icon copied into the 512 path.

f8e27e8b53 Add self-contained release packaging for Linux, macOS, and Windows. 
Resolve asset/progress paths for AppImage and .app bundles, and ship GitHub Actions builds on version tags.
