2d7d55c47a Set macOS marketing version to 0.1 for App Store numbering. 
Match the iOS versioning style by replacing the macos-1 label with a numeric version.

58e3a75f21 Add a native SwiftUI macOS app that shares the iOS player. 
The GTK Mac build stays; CI now also publishes maturita-macos-swift.
