Subject: [PATCH] Dev instance: gitignore .next-dev/.freezmo-dev, tsconfig
 types for .next-dev

The dev service's build folder and data folder are runtime artifacts; the
dev server also adds .next-dev/types to the tsconfig includes, which is
what typed routes need there.
